Like most natural health experts, I started my career touring professionally as a stand-up comic.
When I lost my voice and 23 doctors couldn't figure it out, I spent the next 8 years researching nutrition and physiology. I not only got my voice back, I also learned some freaky stuff about how the human body works.
Now I write books about what I've learned and teach health professionals in more than 40 countries how to create unbelievable results for their clients.
Spoiler alert: It's not about understanding every symptom and health issue out there. It's about understanding how to look at the individual's unique body chemistry and how their body is operating.
We need to stop looking at the disease and start looking at the person.

On this show we focus on all aspects of nutrition and natural health.
With my co-host, Nissa Gruan, we help listeners understand how to properly use a ketogenic diet or intermittent fasting, in relation to their unique bio-individuality.
This show is for health, fitness, nutrition and wellness professionals who want to take their business to the next level.
“Working with Tony is like jumping into the arms of your favorite aunt. Except it’s not. At all. I mean, his methods work. But it’s not like that at all.”
- Jane Lynch - Actor
“I confess to being a full-blown ‘gymophobe.’ (I still have flashbacks of my mean fourth-grade gym teacher!) Tony actually makes the gym panic-attack free.”
- Tom Kenny – The voice of Spongebob Squarepants
“Wait. You mean the short skinny trainer dude with the neon sneakers who writes books about women’s menstrual cramps? Did he ever get a single menstrual cramp? I don’t think so. The guy who helps fat people get skinnier? Was he ever fat? I don’t think so. And what’s with the whole fake I don’t talk thing? Is it turrets? If he did talk, would it be a string of expletives even I would be offended by? I guess he has a sense of humor. That’s something good.”
- Betty Thomas – Director
